I've transferred a Garmin TourGuide .gpi file to my device, but it doesn't show up!

To ensure the file was successfully transferred, first connect your device to your PC and open My Computer, then select your device. Navigate to the Garmin\POI folder and make sure the "tour name".gpi file is there. If so, the GPS device is most likely having issues displaying the tour content. Ensure that you do not have any non-readable text characters in your tour and location name/description fields. If you've tried this and are still having problems, contact us.
